1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register one account at play8oy. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned along with forfeiture of balances.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including:

• Full name as shown on the identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid date of birth to verify age eligibility.
• An active email address accessible by the user.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.

Users are fully responsible for updating their account information if any changes occur. play8oy is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

play8oy processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM50
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used during deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes. play8oy reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including the use of a third-party credit card or bank account without authorisation, will result in immediate account freezing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules

play8oy provides a range of game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay, esports and online poker. Each category has its own specific rules.

• Results generated by the certified game system are final and cannot be disputed.
• play8oy is not responsible for technical disruptions that are beyond the platform's control.
• Any attempt to manipulate games, including the use of automated assistance software (bots) or collusion with other players, is strictly prohibited.
• play8oy reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if fraud is suspected in a game.

10 Limitation of Liability
